Waiver and Release
By participating in any class, session, or activity at 100 House Pilates, you agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that Pilates, fitness training, and related activities involve physical movement that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, dizziness, injury, or aggravation of existing conditions. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept full responsibility for any risks involved.
2. Health Disclosure
I confirm that I am physically able to participate safely. I agree to inform the instructor of any injuries, health concerns, pregnancy, or changes to my condition prior to participating.
3. Release of Liability
I knowingly release, waive, and discharge 100 House Pilates and its owner/instructor from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from participation in classes, use of equipment, or presence on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence.
4. Personal Property
I understand that 100 House Pilates is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5. Photography & Media
I consent to the use of non-identifying class photos or videos for studio marketing unless I provide written opt-out notice.
6. Agreement
By signing, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver. I understand it is a binding legal document and applies to all future participation at the 100 House.
Terms + Conditions
Effective: December 2025
CLASS BOOKINGS
• Pre-bookings are offered based on your stated preferences and are not guaranteed.
• Schedule is released monthly on the 25th.
• Clients are responsible for managing bookings through the Momence app.
• You may book as far ahead as you like within your active term and credit balance.
• Waitlisted classes do not deduct credits unless you are added.
If a weekday appears 5 times in a month, you will typically be booked into 4 sessions for that day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
. Cancel 24+ hours before class to receive your credit back.
. Please cancel any class you cannot attend to allow others on the waitlist to join.
. All Cancellations must be done through the Momence app (email cancellations not accepted).
. A 24-hour email is sent automatically.
NO-SHOW / LATE CANCEL FEE.
Cancelling within 2 hours, or failing to attend, will result in:
– Loss of the credit and
– a $15 fee
– This applies to all memberships with a term.
ILLNESS
Please do not attend class if you are unwell (e.g. fever, cough, congestion)
WAITLIST
If a space opens:
. 60 + minutes before class —> automatically added + email notication
. Under 60 minutes —> text message with option to attend by pressing 1.
. Credits are only used if you are officially added.
MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE FIXED TERM
• Memberships are fixed-length (3, 6, or 12 months) with a set number of credits.
• Credits do not reset monthly — use them at your own pace during the term.
• Auto-renew applies unless written cancellation is provided 30 days before term end.
• Memberships cannot be paused or frozen for personal reasons.
• Only members on 6-month or 12-month terms receive a 2-month credit extension at the
end of their term, applied only when renewing for another term.
• Payment schedule continues as normal even if credits extend beyond the term end.
• Extensions only apply if the studio is closed for 7+ consecutive days.
Short closures (long weekends, holidays) do not extend terms.
STUDIO CLOSURES
The studio may close for planned breaks or long weekends.
• The monthly schedule accounts for these closures.
• Only closures of 7+ consecutive days result in term extension.
ARRIVAL + PARKING
• Single-lane driveway → arrive 5 minutes early and wait until class start time to enter.
• The class departs together at the end to avoid driveway congestion.
• Arriving more than 5 minutes late may result in denied entry.
ATTIRE + GRIP SOCKS
Wear fitted athletic clothing for alignment visibility.
• Full-foot grip socks are required (no exposed toes).
• Grip socks are available for purchase in-studio.
PURCHASE POLICY
• Classes, schedules, and offerings may change without notice.
• Active memberships are not affected by price changes until the next renewal.
• A minimum of two clients is required for a class to run.
• You will be notified if a class is canceled due to low enrollment.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of updates in advance.
