Group Classes
Our small group classes are designed so that you can work out five days a week and get a different class each day. There’s a class for everyone, come find yours. Our Pilates classes offer community, energy, motivation, experience and great fitness results.
MEMBERSHIPS
The classes are popular and therefore; most clients are on a term membership. A term membership has it’s benefits including the option to be pre-booked into classes ahead of the schedule release. To enquire about becoming a member please email jennifernurse@icloud.com.
Pilates Flow
Pilates Arc
This class utilizes the Pilates Arc to enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility. Designed to support proper spinal alignment, the Arc adds a dynamic element to traditional Pilates exercises, helping to deepen core engagement, open the chest, and stretch tight muscles. Expect a mix of flowing movements and targeted work to challenge balance and coordination while providing gentle support for your back and joints. Modifications and progressions will be offered, making this class suitable for all levels. Whether you’re looking to relieve tension, improve posture, or build strength, the Arc/Spine Corrector delivers a unique and rewarding Pilates experience.
Barlattes
Not your average barre class. Sculpt and tone your legs and glutes as you learn to use the barre in a whole new way. Strengthen your entire body from your feet up. Taking your Pilates moves to the barre is guaranteed to increase balance, stability, and control in ways that will enhance your everyday life. Working against gravity while standing creates a dynamic challenge that makes the Pilates method applicable to daily life.
Just Jump
Think of it as cardio with a Pilates twist—steady, controlled, and just the right amount of sweat. Perfect for those who want to elevate their heart rate without hitting the gas too hard.It’s not a full-on HIIT class, but your heart will get a gentle nudge and your muscles will feel the burn! Expect a lot of laughs, lunges, and maybe a few hops to the beat!
If you’re looking to strengthen your bones, boost your heart health, protect your knees, and enhance foot and ankle agility all while having a bit of fun this class for you!
Performance Pilates
Looking to improve your Sports Performance. This class uses techniques in trigger point therapy to repairs tight muscles with myofascial release. It reduces cellulite and muscle soreness. It is beneficial for sports enthusiasts that would like to continue with their training without a rest day.
Class Levels
Unlike open level classes of other studios, all of our classes are customized for specific skill levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Intermediate Plus.
These levels allow a natural progression, ensuring that a client is ready to advance to the next class level. After a level assessment, the teacher will determine whether a client is ready to move up to the next level.
Level 1
Beginner Class
Ideal for beginners and those who want a safe and effective experience to build a solid Pilates foundation. The focus is on form and alignment to help you master the Pilates fundamentals so that you can get the most out of your workout as you become more advanced. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is easily modified for those with physical limitations.
Level 1/2
Intermediate Class
Ideal for those ready to build on foundational movements while exploring new challenges at a comfortable pace. This class combines beginner and intermediate exercises with a focus on proper alignment, strength & flexibility
Level 2
Intermediate +
The level 2 classes are inspiring and uplifting. They will fully challenge the body and mind. This moderate to fast paced class incorporates quick transitions and introduces you to more advanced exercises and use of the apparatus. Increased repetition, complex coordination, balance, and resistance create a dynamic challenge that will elevate your Pilates practice. (Not recommended for those with physical limitations)
